Our tailored engineering dinners are limited in space and restricted to Black software engineers who have 10+ years of experience and/or are female-identifying, respectively.
For our Open House, we welcome all interested Black software engineers and engineering leaders! Members of diversity teams, senior managers, and engineering managers are welcome to join us for this exciting event as well!

/dev/color, a non-profit organization founded by Makinde Adeagbo, empowers Black software engineers to help one another grow into industry leaders. We work with members throughout their careers, from junior engineers to senior engineering leaders, through peer coaching, mentorship, and events.
